Privacy policy
Your inquiry starts a conversation. Here is what we collect, why we keep it, and the choices you have.
Who handles your information
J&J Enterprises LLC operates WebQuickie in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion, or a request not to sell your information, email customerservice@webquickie.app. This is our designated privacy request address.
This policy covers webquickie.app, the WebQuickie marketing site, its hosted style previews, project inquiries, and our service communications. It does not replace the policies of websites we create for clients or unrelated websites you visit. Our terms of service and refund policy describe the service and payment terms separately.
Inquiries and images
When you send the contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business or project details, selected package, message, and approved image attachments. We also record the request time, policy versions shown, your acknowledgement, and technical information needed to deliver and protect the request.
Attachments are limited to JPG, PNG, or WebP images, with a combined maximum of 20 MB per submission. Unsupported, invalid, or oversized files may be rejected. Images may contain personal information, including metadata added by your device. Remove private details before sending and only share content you have permission to use.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive records. Our inquiry and email service is not designed for sensitive document exchange.
The forms inside fictional style previews remain demonstrations. They do not submit a real project request. Preview fonts are served from this website.
Email conversations
Your inquiry is saved in our private conversation system and delivered to the business owner’s Gmail inbox using Resend. Our customer service messages are sent from customerservice@webquickie.app. Replies to this address are processed by Resend, associated with the appropriate conversation, stored, and relayed to the owner.
We process message content, sender and recipient addresses, timestamps, delivery information, and permitted attachments to keep the conversation together. Owner replies are delivered to you through our branded customer service address. This means the website database, private image storage, email delivery service, and the owner’s email provider may each handle information from the same conversation.
Messages can contain earlier quoted correspondence. Avoid including information unrelated to your project. Email is not a confidential document vault. Delivery can depend on your provider and spam settings. We do not use marketing tracking pixels in our project emails or add you to a marketing list just because you contact us.
How we use project information
- Answer your questions and evaluate whether your project fits our service
- Prepare proposals, communicate, deliver agreed work, and provide requested support
- Manage approvals, revisions, delivery, and manual invoice references
- Prevent spam, detect abuse, protect accounts, and troubleshoot delivery
- Maintain proportionate records for agreements, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations
Our private admin area allows authorized business personnel to review conversations and project records. Public visitors cannot browse this message history. We do not publish your inquiry, attachments, or project work as a testimonial or portfolio without permission.
Optional website analytics
With your analytics permission, we measure visits, page and section views, approximate active time, style preview use, actions such as contact button clicks, and whether a contact request is successfully submitted. Referral sources and campaign labels help us understand which parts of the website bring useful inquiries. Device and browser categories help us improve the experience.
Analytics use a random browser or session identifier rather than asking for your identity. A successful inquiry may be associated with its consented visit so we can understand the path to a request. This does not identify every visitor or prove who was physically using a device. Counts and duration are estimates, not a complete record of attention.
We do not record keystrokes, form field contents, session replay videos, private email contents, or payment card data as analytics. We do not use advertising pixels, sell personal information, or share it for advertising across other websites.
Optional analytics stay off unless you agree. You can change or withdraw that permission using the analytics choices control in the website footer. Declining does not prevent browsing or sending a request. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a request to keep optional analytics off.
Browser storage and essential logs
We store your analytics preference so the website remembers your choice. When permitted, browser storage or cookies may hold the random analytics identifier. Necessary security and admin authentication information is separate from optional analytics.
Our hosting and security services process technical data needed to serve requests, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested paths, timestamps, and error information. Application security records may use a derived identifier instead of a full IP address. Essential security processing continues when optional analytics are declined. We do not use these security logs to build advertising profiles.
Style effects respond locally to pointer movement, scroll position, and your reduced motion preference. Animation itself does not require analytics permission. Your browser may separately retain history, autofill, or page state under its own settings.
Providers and sharing
- Vercel hosts the website and its server functions
- Neon stores inquiry, conversation, project, and consented analytics records in a database
- Cloudflare provides private image storage and related security infrastructure
- Resend processes outgoing and incoming service emails and delivery events
- Google Gmail receives business communications in the owner’s inbox
- Stripe processes payments when we manually send an invoice or secure payment link
These providers receive information needed for their role. They may process data in the United States or other countries under their applicable agreements and privacy policies. We do not promise that all data remains in one country.
We may also disclose relevant records to professional advisers, authorities, payment providers, or financial institutions when reasonably needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, a dispute, or protection of rights. We seek to limit disclosure to what is relevant. A business transfer may involve necessary records subject to applicable safeguards and notice obligations.
Payments and dispute records
This website does not take payments or store full card numbers. After consultation, we may send a manually created Stripe invoice or payment link. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. We may keep invoice or payment references, amounts, status, and the agreed scope with the project record.
To document a transaction fairly, we retain relevant proposal acceptance, the policy version presented, communications, approvals, revisions, and delivery evidence. Acknowledging the inquiry form does not authorize payment or accept a future paid proposal. We do not claim that analytics or email delivery alone proves payment authorization, identity, or satisfaction.
Retention and deletion
Our normal application retention schedule is:
- Inquiries that do not become paid projects and associated images: 12 months after the last conversation activity
- Paid project communications and relevant agreement or delivery evidence: 24 months after project completion
- Detailed analytics events: 90 days
- Summary analytics without message content: 13 months
- Application security logs: 30 days
We may retain specific records longer when reasonably needed for an unresolved dispute, legal hold, accounting duty, or other legal obligation. We limit such retention to relevant records and review the need when the reason ends. These periods are operational defaults, not a statement of every legal retention requirement.
Deletion from the application does not recall emails already delivered to you or remove copies controlled independently by another recipient. Provider backups and operational logs may follow their own limited retention cycles. For a deletion request involving our business mailbox or project records, contact us so we can review the relevant copies and any lawful exceptions.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send an inquiry, omit optional information, decline analytics, or ask us about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or object to certain uses of your data. You may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator. We do not sell personal information, but you may still send a request not to sell it to our designated address.
Email customerservice@webquickie.app with the request and the email address used for your inquiry. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information, without requesting unnecessary sensitive documents. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation. For covered Nevada sale requests, the usual response period is 60 days, with an additional 30 days where reasonably necessary and notice is provided.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process project information to take requested steps before a contract or perform it, use proportionate security and dispute records for legitimate interests or legal duties, and rely on consent for optional analytics. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Security, children, and changes
We use access restrictions and private storage to protect records. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident requires notice, we will follow applicable obligations.
Our service is directed to people seeking professional website services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly request information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
We update the effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be explained on the website or through an appropriate direct notice. Where a new use requires consent, we will seek that consent before relying on it.
