Clear expectations.
Before you commit.
Refund and cancellation policy scaffold for future WebQuickie projects.
Current status
Payments are not enabled. This is a policy scaffold awaiting business approval, not an active refund offer or a paid service agreement.
Using the checkout preview does not create a purchase or charge. Closing it requires no cancellation request, and there is no payment to refund.
Before a project begins
Before a real purchase can be made, this page and the project agreement will state whether payment is collected in full or in stages, how to cancel before work starts, and what amount is refundable.
Those decisions are not finalized. This preview does not establish a deposit, cancellation fee, or rule that payments cannot be refunded.
Once work is underway
The approved policy must explain how completed work, delivered assets, unused revision rounds, and any authorized external costs are treated when a project is canceled.
The calculation, any applicable deadlines, and the evidence used to determine completed work must be disclosed before payment. A fixed refund percentage is not being promised by this scaffold.
Delivery and project concerns
Every paid project will need a written scope, a delivery schedule, client responsibilities, and an agreed way to report missing or incorrect work. The policy must also address a project that WebQuickie cannot complete.
Revision rounds apply to changes within the approved scope. They do not replace any remedies required by applicable law.
Optional ongoing care
Ongoing care is a separate service for limited updates to existing informational text. The checkout preview does not enroll you in care or create a recurring charge.
Up to 3 text update requests per month, with a combined limit of 60 minutes of work across all requests. Both limits apply. It is not unlimited editing or general website maintenance. Additional fees apply if you exceed 3 requests or 60 minutes of work in a month. Changes outside text care are also separate. We agree on the additional fee before extra work begins. Eligible changes can use a paid revision round. Larger changes need a separate quote.
Before care enrollment opens, its agreement must state the monthly allowance, billing and renewal process, how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, and how unused allowance and any eligible refunds are handled. This scaffold does not set those billing or cancellation rules.
A paid revision or custom change outside care has its own approved scope and payment terms. Read the care scope before choosing support.
Requesting a refund
A monitored support address and request process must be published here before checkout opens. The current demonstration inquiry form cannot deliver a cancellation or refund request.
When purchases are enabled, the final policy will state the response timeframe and expected processing time. Approved refunds will normally return through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider process and applicable law.
Your legal rights
Mandatory consumer rights depend on the customer location and the nature of the transaction. Nothing in this scaffold excludes a cancellation right, refund right, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
The business identity, operating location, customer markets, and final terms require review by qualified counsel before live payments are enabled.
