Terms of service
A clear plan before payment. These terms explain our informational website service and the responsibilities we agree together.
Who we are
WebQuickie is operated by J&J Enterprises LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Contact us at customerservice@webquickie.app for project, policy, or service questions.
These terms cover use of this website and the service terms incorporated into an accepted project proposal. Your written proposal identifies the pages, deliverables, price, responsibilities, and schedule. An expressly agreed project term controls a conflict about that project, subject to rights that cannot be waived.
Our service and examples
We currently offer custom informational websites only. We do not offer advanced websites, user accounts, database applications, customer portals, online stores, custom dashboards, or web applications as client services.
Our style examples demonstrate design possibilities. They are not a template catalog or a promise to reproduce every example element in your package. Your design is created around the direction and scope we agree with you.
Example businesses, names, figures, reviews, contact details, and prices inside the style previews are fictional. Their forms do not send real requests or make bookings.
Consultation and agreement
Sending an inquiry is not a purchase, acceptance of a paid proposal, or a schedule reservation. We consult with you and confirm the scope before requesting payment.
Before work begins, you receive a written proposal and links to these terms and our refund policy. We require your explicit agreement to the project scope and payment terms. A contact form acknowledgement records your request and notice of our policies, not authorization to charge you.
Published prices are starting prices in USD. The final price is confirmed after scope review. Domains, hosting, paid services, and applicable taxes are separate unless expressly included. No additional work or fee is authorized by silence.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit on the agreed project total is required before work begins. It is applied to the project price. The remaining balance is due after the agreed review process and before public launch, transfer, or handover. Approved additional work is invoiced as agreed in writing.
We manually send an invoice or secure Stripe payment link after consultation and agreement. This website does not collect card details or automatically create a payment. Verify unexpected payment requests with us before paying. A website URL or success message is not proof that payment cleared.
Payments are final for changes of mind, subject to applicable law and the exceptions in our refund policy. A deposit does not waive your rights if we fail to provide the agreed service. Review the proposal and policies before paying.
Content and timing
A focused informational website can launch in as little as one week once we receive the deposit, agreed scope, final approved wording, images, brand assets, and required access. This is a possible turnaround, not a guarantee for every project. Availability, complexity, third party dependencies, and timely feedback affect the schedule stated in your proposal.
You are responsible for accurate facts, lawful content, necessary permissions, and timely consolidated feedback. Do not send passwords, payment card information, identity documents, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form or email. Supply images only if you have the right to share and use them.
Delays in content, access, or approval may move the delivery date. We will discuss an updated schedule. Silence does not count as final acceptance. Material departures from the agreed scope require written agreement before extra work starts.
Packages and revisions
- Quick Start starts at $199 for up to 1 page with 1 revision round.
- Signal starts at $299 for up to 3 pages with 2 revision rounds.
- Full Story starts at $499 for up to 6 pages with 3 revision rounds.
One revision round is one consolidated list of feedback or requested changes within the approved direction and scope. New pages, a new visual direction, or structural changes need a separate scope review and price agreement. A revision round does not cover unlimited work. We offer informational websites only, not web applications or advanced functionality.
Additional approved revision rounds cost $75 each. Corrections needed because our work does not meet the written scope are not treated as optional paid changes. New preferences or an expanded brief are different from correcting a defect.
Optional ongoing care
Ongoing care plan starts at $79 per month and is separate from the website project. Care covers updates to existing informational text using final wording you provide. Examples include service descriptions, hours, contact details, business information, and approved terms.
Up to 3 text update requests per month, with a combined limit of 60 minutes of work across all requests. Both limits apply. It is not unlimited editing or general website maintenance.
Design, images, colors, typography, animations, page layout, site structure, infrastructure, and features are not included. Care does not include new pages, copywriting, or legal drafting.
Additional fees apply if you exceed 3 requests or 60 minutes of work in a month. Changes outside text care are also separate. We agree on the additional fee before extra work begins. Eligible changes can use a paid revision round. Larger changes need a separate quote. An eligible paid revision is $75 within the agreed scope.
One request is one consolidated list of exact replacement wording and its location on existing pages. Your care agreement confirms the service period, turnaround, billing, cancellation, and treatment of unused allowance before enrollment. This site does not create an automatic subscription. Care does not promise immediate support, continuous monitoring, or technical maintenance.
Delivery and ownership
Your proposal identifies the final deliverables, ownership or licenses, hosting arrangement, and handover process. We request written approval of the agreed work before launch. Transfer of the agreed client deliverables takes place after payment of the balance, subject to any different written arrangement and applicable law.
You retain rights in the content you supply. Third party code, fonts, images, tools, and services retain their own license terms. Visiting this website does not transfer ownership of the WebQuickie brand, site, or examples. We will seek permission before using private client material in public promotion.
Service concerns and cancellation
Tell us promptly if work does not match your proposal. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or other remedy. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will refund the portion paid for work not provided, without limiting any greater remedy required by law.
Our refund policy explains cancellation, deposits, final sales, and mandatory exceptions. Nothing in these terms prevents a lawful complaint, payment dispute, chargeback, or other remedy. We welcome the chance to resolve concerns directly.
Information and records
Our privacy policy explains inquiries, images, email handling, analytics choices, service providers, and retention. We keep appropriate project communications, approvals, policy versions, and delivery evidence to manage projects and resolve disputes. A record does not remove your rights or guarantee the outcome of a dispute.
Acceptable use and service limits
Do not use this website to infringe rights, submit harmful files, misrepresent your identity, gain unauthorized access, disrupt service, or send unlawful or abusive content. We may reject harmful or out of scope requests.
We apply responsive design and SEO and GEO foundations within the agreed scope. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, sales, uninterrupted hosting, or compliance with every legal requirement. Third party availability and terms are outside our control. These limits do not excuse our failure to provide an expressly agreed deliverable.
Law, rights, and changes
Our business is based in Nevada, USA. Applicable law and any agreed dispute provisions depend on the project and the customer. We do not require arbitration or select an exclusive court through this website. Nothing here excludes a right, liability, or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
The effective date identifies this version. Changes to the public terms do not silently alter an existing accepted project agreement. We will provide relevant updated terms before you agree to a new project or material change.
